ConnectGear's HDMI Splitter (1-In / 2-Out) is a perfect way to broadcast from a digital video signal source to two digital displays. This HDMI Splitter (HSP12) receives the digital video signal from a source device (INPUT) such as DVD player, Digital Cable/Satellite Box, Game Console, Computer or an A/V Receiver and delivers the same sharp clear digital signal to 2 high definition digital displays (OUTPUT) such as the HDTVs. It supports both Audio and Video signals.

HSP12 HDMI Splitter can also support DVI sources or displays using DVI to HDMI cables. DVI and HDMI signals are exactly the same as one another. The principal differences are that HDMI carries audio as well as video, and uses a different type of connector.

HSP12 is fully HDCP (high bandwidth digital content protection) compliant. It provides proper HDCP decoding mechanism from HDCP encoded video signals and delivers high resolution clear digital video signals.
