ConnectGear's HDMI 4x1 Switcher with Remote Control (HSW41) is a perfect way to have a pure all digital connection between your HDTV and source devices such as DVD players, Digital Cable/Satellite Boxes, Game Consoles, Computers, Amplifiers, etc..  Connect up to 4 high definition digital video and multichannel digital audio sources, the output sends the same high definition digital video and audio signals to a high definition display.  This HDMI switch has two ways to switch between the sources.  One way is via the IR remote control that is provided with the unit and  the other way is using the front panel select button.

ConnectGear's HSW41 switcher can also support DVI sources using DVI to HDMI cables.   DVI and HDMI signals are exactly the same as one another.  The principal differences are that HDMI carries audio as well as video, and uses a different type of connector.

HSW41 is fully HDCP (high bandwidth digital content protection) compliant.  It provides proper HDCP decoding mechanism from HDCP encoded video signals and delivers high resolution clear digital video signals.
